James Chen
Left his home in Taiwan at the age of 26 to pursue opportunities in the US
After working as a mechanical engineer for five years, James embarked on a new challenge in 1989 by entering the real estate industry as a custom home builder and land developer.
As the President and CEO of JC Mayfair, Inc. (d/b/a Mayfair Custom Homes), he has earned a reputation as an industry leader in building and development in the Dallas Metroplex Area. James is an expert in luxury custom home builds, commercial construction, land development, and real estate investments.
In October 2009, Former McKinney, TX Mayor Brian Loughmiller and the city council appointed James as the Director of International Economic Development Partnerships (MCIEDP) to promote the City of McKinney. As the founder and former president of the DFW Chapter of the Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA-DFW), James paved a path toward success for his colleagues and his community.
