James Chen
President
James Chen, born in Taiwan, immigrated to USA at the age of 26. He worked in US companies as mechanical engineer in Dallas areas since 1984 before entering real estate business in 1989 as custom home builder and land developer. As President and CEO of JC Mayfair, Inc. (d/b/a Mayfair Custom Homes), he has been active and successful in the real estate industry in Dallas Metroplex Area since. James specializes in luxury custom home building, commercial construction, land development, and real estate investments. James was appointed by then Mayor Brian Loughmiller and approved by the City Council since October 2009, as Director of International Economic Development Partnerships (MCIEDP), to promote the City of McKinney. He is the also the founder and past president of D/FW Chapter of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA-DFW).

Bill Haney
VP-Land Development
With over five decades of extensive experience in construction, real estate development, and project management, Bill Haney has successfully led high-profile projects across Texas. Throughout his career, Bill Haney has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, consistently delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Bill’s work includes major commercial projects like the 52-acre Westside development, the construction of the Wingate Hotel, and notable establishments such as Las Brisas in Fort Worth and Whispering Meadows. His leadership consistently involves managing complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring they are completed successfully from inception to final execution.
In the residential sector, Bill has overseen significant developments such as The Hills of Kingswood, Silverleaf Estates, and Stonebrook Estates in Frisco; Watters Crossing, The Trails, and Adriatica; as well as Jeans Creek, Fireside Village, and Southern Hills at Craig Ranch in McKinney. He has also managed projects like Heritage Celina and Wildwood Estates in Celina, Whispering Farms, Christie Farms, and major infrastructure work for Matthews Southwest and the Westside development in Prosper.

Mike Kline
VP-Commercial Constructions
Construction Manager Executive with 34 years of experience in managing large-scale, multinational projects with a specialization in commercial ground-up buildings and commercial retail & restaurant interior finish-out. Proven track record directing project-wide operations, administering large scale budgets, negotiating contracts, controlling expenses, and boosting margins and productivity.
Graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction with tenured knowledge and extensive experience guiding owners, creating project scope, budgets, and hiring subcontractors to fulfill commercial contracts. Proven ability to hold teams accountable while also creating a positive and engaging work environment. Results-oriented and quality-driven, excelling at building rapport with owners & investors, architects, engineers, local officials, and team members while exercising expertise in management of finances, negotiations, cost-impacts, schedules, budgets, and customer service.

Eric Chen
Marketing
Real Estate is both a passion and tradition for Eric because his family has been investing and developing in North Texas for the past 30 years. Eric originally acquired his Real Estate License in 2010 after graduating from Baylor University. His degree in Finance and Accounting has enabled him to help people from all walks of life find profitable investments whether it is for a first-time home buyer or investor. Over the years, he has been involved in many different types of Real Estate Transactions ranging from Residential Property Leasing, Sales, For Sale Listings and Commercial Properties for Lease and Sell.

Tommy Huggins
Superintendent
With 20 years of experience in superintendence. Commercial superintendent of ground-up tilt wall warehouses. Projects ranged from 400,000 sf to 1,000,000 sf with multiple buildings per site. Construction superintendent of multiple interior finish-out projects ranging from 500 sqft to 20,000 sqft, primarily in high- and mid-rise office buildings. Most projects involve demo and build back to new space configuration while exercising “Good Neighbor Practices” and adhering to the building management policies.
Tommy Huggins graduated from Texas Tech University with Certifications on Construction Project Management, OSHA and ACI Tilt-Up Technician.
